Who We Are

About ITDRC

We are a volunteer-driven nonprofit dedicated to connecting communities in crisis through technology and connectivity.

Our Mission

Technology Doesn't Stop When Disaster Strikes

The Information Technology Disaster Resource Center (ITDRC) was founded on the belief that access to technology and connectivity is a fundamental need in disaster response and recovery.

We work with emergency management agencies, nonprofits, and communities to ensure that when disaster strikes, the technology that first responders, survivors, and recovery organizations depend on is there — reliable, fast, and free.

What Drives Us

Our Values

Speed

We mobilize within hours, not days. Every minute of connectivity restored matters.

Reliability

We show up when others can't. Our teams are trained for austere and challenging environments.

Collaboration

We work alongside government, nonprofits, and the private sector — not in competition with them.

Equity

We prioritize the most vulnerable communities and ensure no survivor is left disconnected.

Our Team

Leadership

The people who make it all happen — staff, board, and our incredible volunteer network.
